With the E-commerce nowadays as the topic in modern globalization of economy, the legal systems about E-commerce are under the establishment. All the industrial and commercial enterprises being engaged in or being prepared to engage in E-commerce should have a understanding about the legal environment in E-commerce trade so as to maximize the profit by making use of the law protected trading methods.The paper consists of four sections.In section one, the implication and extensional meanings of the concept "E-commerce", its natural and legal features, its future development and the significant of intellectual property right laws to E-commerce are narrated.
