Knowledge Innovation Based On Knowledge Management Research

Human society is from the industrial age to age of knowledge economy. Intellectual capital has become the most important resources of enterprise management, greatly reducing the human society's dependence on natural resources. In the knowledge-based economy age, knowledge innovation has become an important resource which help enterprises to obtain core competitiveness and competitive advantage. But in china, knowledge innovation is not optimistic on the whole situation, so explore how to effectively enhance their knowledge innovation capacity has very important significance.Knowledge management is a new form of management which comes from the mid-90s.Knowledge management is a new management theory and management methods in the context of the knowledge economy, which is a whole process management including knowledge acquisition, integration, extraction, transmission, sharing and application. The purpose is to transfer the most appropriate knowledge to the most appropriate people at the most appropriate time to help them to make the best decisions.This thesis is divided into six chapters. Firstly, express the necessary of issues,and analyze domestic and foreign enterprises knowledge innovation current situation,, put forward the purpose and significance of this study, and research methods and priorities. Secondly, at the theoretical basis of knowledge and knowledge management theory and corporate competence theory, the concept of knowledge management and content has been re-defined.From the perspective of the knowledge,using the logic thread of knowledge's status and role in the enterprise innovation,research mechanism for knowledge innovation and innovation model. About the mechanism of the enterprise of knowledge innovation,analyses the process of knowledge innovation and the characteristics of the knowledge innovation process. On this basis, proposed mechanism map of enterprise knowledge innovation. About researching the model of enterprise knowledge innovation, introduces Nonaka's SECI model and the extension model of SECI model,knowledge creation activities and core competency model, as well as knowledge creation and gold melting raw fermented knowledge model, then analyses the advantages and disadvantages of each model assessment. Established by the four typical model of business knowledge innovation, proposed based support system of model of Knowledge Innovation. This based support system contain the support system of theory and the support system of organization. Analyze the construction of Knowledge Innovation Model's power factors. Finally, proposed some issues needing attention in constructing of enterprise knowledge innovation model and the general concept of model. Then analyze the elements of the knowledge innovation model. On this basis, according to Nonaka's SECI model, build a new model for enterprise knowledge innovation. Discuss the process of enterprise knowledge innovation. In the past, at knowledge innovation activities in the enterprise, emphasis on rational logical thinking, but neglect of intuition, inspiration and so emotional thinking on the impact of knowledge creation process. The paper focuses on the emotional thinking skills in the contribution to enterprise knowledge innovation.
