Research On Three-stage Supply Chain Disruption Management Based On Revenue-Sharing Contracts

Along with the economic integration, the internationalization competition, the development of information network, the company competition becomes the competition based on supply chain, and supply chain management has become the focus research for the theory and practice. As an important part of supply chain management, the research of supply chain coordination has a great practical significance so as to improve supply chain performance. However, in recent years, the unpredictable events frequent occurrence causes that the supply chain can't accomplish perfect coordination successfully. Thus, the research on supply chain disruption management has drawn wide attention from scholars at home and abroad.Based on the research in home and abroad, the thesis pursues an in-depth research on supply chain coordination(SCC) under disruptions based on game theory, optimal control theory, operations research and disruption management theory. Details are as follows:Fisrt, by using Stackelberg game theory, a model is built up to discuss revenue-sharing contract. In the two-level supply chain, we analyze the model's coordination mechanism, and then study the revenue-sharing contract when the supply chain's structure expands from two-level to three level, and establish the three level supply chain model based on revenue-sharing contract, and a numerical example is made to prove the coordination effect of the revenue-sharing contract.Sencond, study the optimal strategy issue of the centralized supply chain dealing with disruptions,analyze the impact of disruptions for the supply chain, obtain optimal decisions for the centralized three-level supply chain system facing both production cost and market demand of products change. Considering disruptions, the influence of quondam strategy and disruption coordination strategy on the profit of supply chain is analyzed, which denotes the necessary and validity of the disruption coordination strategy. Some numerical examples are also presented to illustrate the results.Third, discusses how to coordinate the three-level supply chain by the revenue-sharing contract when both the production cost and market demand of products change. Then, in virtue of the tool of MATLAB, it numerically analyzes parameters of the wholesale price, retail price and order quantity.
