A Study On Enterprise's Continuous Innovation Realization In Heilongjiang Province Based On Hexie Management

With the advancement of the knowledge economy, innovation has become one of the most effective and important means that it can help science and technology transform form potential productivity into reality. Enterprise innovation focuses on continuous, because only continuously introducing new and innovative projects can help the enterprises gain a lot of profit in the fierce competition market. Enterprise innovation is difficult in the continuous, because only a few good companies can introduce new and innovative projects continuously and become a leader in sustainable innovation. Therefore, continuous innovation has become the key of innovative research. But the entering research in enterprise continuous innovation is remaining in the early stages of theory and simply gets its way form enterprise continuous innovation theory itself and not referring into other theories and lack of systematic. Therefore, based on a scientific and rational management theory to study and analysis the enterprise continuous innovation problem and exploring the nature rules is become the inevitable choice if the enterprises want to develop with sustainable, effective and healthy.This paper is based on Hexie management theory to study the realization of enterprise continuous innovation in Heilongjiang Province. First, the paper discusses the content and basic characteristics of Hexie management and enterprise continuous innovation and start specific studies, achieving the combination of the two theories. Through the system and in-depth research, we understand the basic situation and analyze the existent problems and the causes of continuous innovation of enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. Based on the Hexie management theory, we propose components and the general operation process of enterprise continuous innovation realization in Heilongjiang Province. In this paper, we construct dynamic mechanism and incentive mechanisms. Finally, with the characteristics of the enterprise continuous innovation realization in Heilongjiang Province, we propose the security measures. Through this study, it can help to promote the realization of enterprise continuous innovation in Heilongjiang Province. At the same time, it can enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of enterprises and it has an important significance for the economic development in Heilongjiang Province.
