After competing for market and technology, human resources, being the largest resources, is becoming the focus of enterprises. The fact has been supported by a number of research findings and results that operating personnel is the first step for operating an enterprise and available human resource performance evaluation can improve the organization's competitive advantage. With the advent of knowledge economy and the acceleration of global economic integration, greater competitions among enterprises will be reflected in the competitions among talents. Attracting and retaining talents, and bringing existing personnel'potential into full play have become a key to the success for a modern enterprise, under which circumstances establishing a scientific and effective performance appraisal system for enterprise payroll can provide a scientific and rational basis, while enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises so that enterprises gain greater competitive advantages.Firstly, the research background, purpose and significance of the thesis, and the literature review in the research status on performance appraisals of domestic and foreign enterprises, according to the nature of enterprises, are introduced, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following analysis.Then, the XT corporation's general situation, human resources, corporate organizational structure of the basic profile, and status quo of the company's performance, are described. The problems in performance assessment are illustrated in details, and then reasons for the problem are analyzed comprehensively. Based on the above analysis, ideas and principles of performance appraisal for XT Heilongjiang branch are designed, that by establishing key technical indicators and focus of work in the performance assessment in the branch's offices and departments, by designing an index system through which the overall performance can be combined with the sector assessment, and by determining the indicators of the weight according to the method that multiple times will be given based on the importance, an innovative design of the company's incentive system is proposed.Finally, the above performance appraisal system is undertaken in XT corporation system gradually and more effective measures are taken well-organized, including the implementation of the process, principles, objectives and specific measures for implementation, feedback of the performance appraisal and effective use of assessment results.This paper explores on how to reform and improve its management system of human resources, combined with the actual situation of XT corporation, especially in the performance appraisal and motivation respects.
