| In the background of economic globalization and information,the competition between enterprises has changed greatly.The competition is no longer for products and technology,but more for talents and for corresponding talent management methods.In talent management,performance management is the core content of the human resource management.With the expansion of enterprise scale and job mobility,the organization needs to improve the existing performance management content,and the same time,the original successful experience is precipitated and transformed to form a management mechanism and management method,in order to develop core competitiveness.Good performance management can guide,restrain and motivate employees,motivate employees’ initiative and enthusiasm,and improve the performance of the enterprise,so as to ensure the enterprise to move forward steadily according to strategic planning.This paper takes the FH company middle managers as the research object,takes the work communication and performance decline as the starting points,using the knowledge of business management and the questionnaire,interviews and other research methods,to do deep analysis the reason behind the two problems.Through the comprehensive analysis,the performance appraisal scheme is rebuilt,the performance management is redesigned.Finally,the enterprise will formulate an effective solution to the performance management of the middle managers of the company.The results of this study will help FH to build an efficient and united management team,facilitate the breakthrough and innovation in the management of FH,and promote the steady development of enterprise.At the same time,it has certain reference significant to human resource management of other similar enterprises. |
