With the continuous development of modern society and economy,the financial reform system is deepening,which intensifies the incentive competition among banks,and promotes the sharing and expansion of economic information and new era technology.The internal management mode of rural commercial banks is also affected by the situation,as a knowledge intensive industry,the common essence of capital goods is already in the bank in the competition to play the role of great.At present,the core of competition between banks is the cultivation and reserve of qualified personnel.In the financial system reform unceasingly thorough,the bank should improve the operation efficiency and reasonable construction of their talents is closely related to develop a reasonable performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism,to retain talent and play its potential to promote.This thesis through to the domestic and foreign scholars on the performance evaluation and incentive mechanism of the literature research and reference analysis,points out the shortcomings of S rural commercial bank performance appraisal system,through the introduction of balance scorecard tool this improved scheme was put forward.From the research level,first of all,this thesis introduces the general situation and organizational structure of S rural commercial banks,and analyzes the current performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism of S rural commercial banks,and points out the problems.Secondly,in view of the problems existing in the performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism of S rural commercial banks,the balanced scorecard is introduced to improve the program.Finally,this thesis expounds the possible obstacles in implementing the new scoring system,and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of enterprise culture,system,technology and concept.The main purpose of this study is to S Rural Commercial Bank of the existing performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism for the improvement,the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system to solve the existing drawbacks of the current performance appraisal and incentive problems in the process of the bank development strategy how to influence the normal operation of the banks management activities,improve employee the working enthusiasm and efficiency,to enhance the core competitiveness of S rural commercial bank,the integration and optimization of all kinds of resources,improve market share,improve the bank's performance management level.
