Research On Effect Relationship Of The Innovation Resources Environment, Technological Innovation Capability And The Innovation Performance

With the development of economic globalization, high uncertainty of market and rapidly changing technology environment, technological innovation capability of enterprises is becoming the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, the enterprise's own internal resources have been very difficult to meet the demand of the enterprise's technical innovation activities. Enterprises need constant access to a variety of innovative resources from outside of the enterprise to enhance the performance of enterprises in technological innovation. Enterprise managers more aware of:Business to succeed, we must attach importance to technological innovation and make full use of external resources.Elements of domestic and foreign scholars on environmental resources for innovation, technological innovation capability and innovation performance studies are focused on the impact factors and evaluation index system. The effecting relationship of the three variables is small. So, what factors affect the environmental elements of innovation resources, what factors affect technological innovation capability, what factors there are important effects on innovation performance and what kind of relationship among the three variables became the focus of this paper.First, this article will be divided external resources environment into human factors, material and financial resources, information, services, supporting resources. Secondly, this paper analyzes the six elements of the impact on innovation performance of the mechanism and constructs a theoretical model among the three and index of the three variables. Again, through the small sample pre-test, we get the new scale. Finally, equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, a representative of this group as the main object of study, using the questionnaire survey and statistical software (LISREL8.80 and SPSS17.0), this paper analysis reliability and validity of the recovery 180 valid questionnaires and the theoretical models assumptions contained in the validation.The results showed:human resource elements of the environment, financial and material resources, information, services, and the supporting elements of the environment of its resources not only have significant positive direct impact on innovation performance but also have indirect impact. In addition, the study also shows that technological innovation capacity also has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.
