Research On Evaluation Of Supply Chain Collaboration Mechanism Based On Agile Manufacturing

Since the 1990s, with the trend of global economic integration increases, , the business environment presents many new competitive situations. In order to quickly meet the changing needs of customers, the power of an enterprise alone has been difficult to maintain and develop in the cut-throat competition environment, competition between enterprises will focus on the competition between the supply chains in the future; therefore, companies need to use the value of supply chain to create new competitive advantages. In order to effectively reduce the logistics costs of production enterprises, many enterprises have established long-term partnership with the upstream and downstream enterprises, through the optimization of supply chain to control the overall cost; in this case, supply chain coordination mechanism based on agile manufacturing emerges.This thesis concerns with the main problems in supply chain management, combined with collaborative mechanisms establishment situations and agile manufacturing implementation status of domestic production-oriented enterprises, to conduct evaluation studies of supply chain coordination mechanism of production-oriented enterprises based on agile manufacturing. The major contents are as follows:Firstly, the thesis expounds the background of the choice item and research significance, overviews domestic and foreign research literature of supply chain management model, agile manufacturing and supply chain coordination mechanism, points out the two major problems in the presence of supply chain management model: supply chain members'autonomy interest requirements and information asymmetry problem in supply chain. Meanwhile, the thesis outlines related theories of supply chain collaboration mechanism, agile manufacturing, principal-agent problem and supply chain game theory and so on.Secondly, the thesis conducts an overview analysis of the status of the production-oriented enterprises in China, as to joint ventures'selection and evaluation problems in the establishment of coordination mechanisms of production-oriented enterprises aiming to achieve agile manufacturing, focusing on cooperative enterprises selection's evaluation indicators, cooperative enterprises evaluation index system's establishment, cooperative enterprise fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model's establishment and calculation examples to discuss in four aspects.Thirdly, the thesis discusses the collaborative quantitative management evaluation methods from the aspect of collaborative management tools in the implementation of supply chain coordination mechanisms, mainly uses Stackelberg master-slave strategies to research the quantity discount model, order returns price model and elastic order quantity model these three angles respectively in the supply chain coordination mechanism.Finally, the thesis summarizes the whole work and provides an outlook of future research work.
