The Coordination Mechanism And Agile Strategy Of Agile Supply Chain

The competition in modern markets has gradually turned into the competition among supply chains. To achieve the agile competition through agile manufacturing will be the main form of enterprises'participation in international competition. The Agile Supply Chain syncretizes the idea of Supply Chain Management and Agile Manufacturing. It emphasizes the rapid and duly response to the market change and leads the future development of the supply chain.In this article, first, we review the research status in Agile Supply Chain Management. And then we discuss the meaning and characteristic of Agile Supply Chain based on which we further research the Coordination Mechanism of Agile Supply Chain and the collaboration mode that supports the Agile Supply Chain Management. And we research the building process and countermeasures of agile supply chain partnership. Finally we discuss the agile strategy of the implementation of agile supply chain management. And we point the conditions in which Agile Supply Chain can apply and the new problems related with agile supply chain management which need to be further researched.It's hoped that this paper could offer some assistance and guidance for the enterprises'implementation of agile supply chain management.
