Study On The Coordination Performance Evaluation And Application Oriented Manufacturing Supply Chain

With the continued progress of science and technology and rapid economic development, the external environment which manufacturing enterprises located in changed significantly , supply chain management thinking born .Competition in 21 century is not among enterprises , but among supply chains ,someone said ,in order to improve supply chain's competition, coordination is important.Many manufacturing enterprises implemented supply chain coordination which is the advanced management model, and have achieved certain results .But some facts show that many enterprises didn't gain anticipate avail ,even coordination failed . Facing such situation, enterprises want to know condition in a hurry. Which factors restricted and affected supply chain coordination? How to discover problems in coordination? How to get up to early warning effect to the problems? How to stimulate member enterprises to realize coordination much better? Therefore ,system,scientific and objective evaluation of the manufacturing supply chain coordination in our country is especially important.The author gave the definition and scope of supply chain coordination first, and then found the related factors which affect manufacturing supply chain coordination performance, and built the index system for manufacturing supply chain coordination performance on this basis. Then the author evaluated it comprehensively using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In addition, the author gave an empirical analysis selecting a representative manufacturing supply chain, got the meaningful conclusion and related instructional proposal, at last made every effort to give theoretical foundation and valuable references to manufacturing enterprises implementing supply chain coordination.
