The dynamic logistics service supply chain is a collaborative management and organization mode under the background of the economic integration and the rapid application of modern information technology, which is the new development in the field of logistics services in the supply chain generated by the theory of dynamic alliance. Logistics service supply chain subject-- object product supply chain has presented intense competition, product life cycle short features.And the logistics operation presents customization, networked, highly resource sharing requirements. How to adapt to the new trend and new characteristics of the development of the product supply chain,the logistics service chain model is the transformation and upgrading of key. The traditional operation mode of the logistics service chain is based on the service function of the logistics business visits, negotiations, cooperation integration to realize finite logistics resources process. This mode is difficult to adapt to the dynamic supply chain without boundary, agile, flexible logistics demand. So carrying on the dynamic transformation of the traditional logistics service chain has become a pressing matter of the moment. However, there are many fundamental and key problems contained in the dynamic supply chain logistics have not been studied, the paper studies the following several aspects to the dynamic problem for logistics service chain optimization and construction.(1) The basic theory of dynamic logistics service chain construction is studied. Through the analysis and the traditional logistics service chain structure, the paper systematically analyzes the connotation, the characteristics of dynamic logistics service chain. And gives the motivation of dynamic logistics service supply chain development, based on the transaction cost theory, enterprise core competence theory, resource-based theory, value chain theory, resource dependence theory etc.(2) The dynamic logistics service supply chain system is constructed. With the analysis of environment, the logistics service chain is proposed on the basis of USA Management Master Gary-business model innovation theory, theory of cloud computing, and others. and proposes a dynamic logistics service chain ecological sex, loosely coupled, the cooperation of the main heterogeneity, multi-level network agent, dynamic and fast, complex value chain pattern attribute creative etc. And on the basis of dynamic logistics service chain main structure characteristics, the double layers of principal agent theory is used to design the incentive mechanism.(3) The method of operation research of dynamic logistics service supply chain agile is studied. According to the product supply chain in different life stages of logistics operation needs, determine the core strategic goals, and then on the strategic objectives of the requirements are described, and then extract the relevant resources of logistics resource base of cloud resource platform for efficient matching; around the supply chain logistics demand, multi-objective model built in different life cycle of logistics demand of single the target model and logistics cost, the logistics efficiency, logistics services. At the same time proposed in the multi-objective model, not only consider the product supply chain demand, at the same time to consider the satisfaction problem of dynamic logistics service supply chain based subject-- the service function of the logistics business, then evidence theory to solve the problem of scientific and reasonable to determine the weights of multi objectives, the use of MATLAB software the multi-objective optimization problem into a single objective problem based on the logistics resources, put forward the corresponding optimization and matching scheme, and a practical example is proved to be scientific and effective optimization model and the solution process of dynamic LSSC life cycle oriented multi targets.(5) The dynamic logistics service supply chain integrated benefit allocation mechanism is built. The dynamic logistics service supply chain value creation sources is determined by dynamic logistics chain synergies, dynamic logistics service chain flexible pricing gains and platform type joint procurement income. For the cooperative benefit allocation, dynamic logistics service supply chain operation in the process of investment cost, logistics performance, undertake the related effects of risk factors into account framework, using network analysis method(ANP) to determine the synergy in the process of the allocation of logistics quality, risk, investment into the weight factor, then realized the traditional Shapley value method correction; Using life cycle theory to analyze the dynamic logistics service supply chain flexibility in pricing principle, put forward the logistics service chain flexible pricing model; and the joint procurement of income model of profit is build. Finally on the synergistic gains, flexible pricing gains and joint purchasing benefits are assigned, and prove the effectiveness of the method and the value of creativity through examples.
