In recent years,the residue of pesticides of vegetables still gengrally exceeds standard, the Poisoning of edible vegetables happens occasionally, and the export trade dispute increases day by day in our eountry.The situation is very unoptimistie, and the problem is increasingly striking.China government has issued some policies and law since the end of 20th century.but the effects is obsolete.Safe vegetables help to maintain sustainabled evelopment.social stability and harmonious.so how to guarantee vegetables safety are both helpful to improve people's life and health level and importane condition of strengthening industry's competitiveness of vegetables of our country.At the same time.it becomes more and more important and urgent.Based on the exsiting research results.employing the theory of economics.the main conclusions herein are as follows:1 Suzhou City, attaches great importance to vegetable quality and safety management, initially formed under the leadership of the government to the agricultural sector as the main body, the relevant sectoral collaboration vegetables quality and safety management organization system; to develop and implement a series of vegetable quality and safety-related policies and regulations; developed with Suzhou features a series of vegetable quality and safety standards, and through high-level demonstration zones, the construction of vegetable vegetable quality and safety standards to promote, explore and improve the quality and safety of routine monitoring work of vegetables and vegetable quality and market access work,the full implementation of vegetable quality and safety market access system.2 Suzhou in vegetable quality and safety management practices, including technological innovation, standardization, traceability systems and laws and regulations to protect the research experience. In the existing research on vegetable quality and safety management, based on the analysis of vegetable quality and safety of Suzhou City, management practices, including vegetables quality and safety management policies and regulations, standards, testing and inspection system, and market access. 3 Suzhou vegetable quality and safety management issues to be resolved urgently are: aspects of production processes Soil pollution is serious, there are problems of agricultural inputs, standard building system is not complete, vegetable safety traceability system implementation difficult and vegetable quality and safety of inadequate government regulation.Based on the above analysis, to further improve the quality and safety of Suzhou vegetables made the following recommendations:a clear division of management responsibilities, has created a force; enhance safe vegetables production and construction of ecological environment; strengthen the management of agricultural inputs. Vegetable production bases to enhance safety; enhance safety vegetable production technology promotion system; strictly enforce the "quasi-origin out" and "market access" to promote the quality of vegetables throughout the regulation.
