The formation of land reclamation planning program has practical significance for decreasing mine exploiting and reusing abandon land of mine. The research makes use of the powerful abilities of GIS that are data processing, graphic processing and spatial analysis, which studies several problems of GIS application in the land reclamation, works out the formation of land reclamation planning program of youth silicon placers in station of Aer village of Zhangwu. This research confirms the thickness of topsoil stripping, the location of stacking area, each land reclamation area and their final using direction, and plans the program of plant allocation, calculates the amount of investment. The article builds the mining database by GIS, form the basic picture, and calculate yield by spatial analysis. The plane graph and three-dimensional graph of silicon placers reclamation planning are drawn by optimizing stacking area through realizing the physical truth and landform gradient. The relation of structure and space, function and stability are analyzed by evaluation of landscape zoology subject for mining area after land reclamation. The result regards the quality of mining zoology environment as good. The research consequence shows that the superiority of GIS application which has data processing and graphic processing is manifested after land reclamation, so that acquisition of the graphic is convenience and rapidity in the planning program.
