| The social development and human being advancement are closely related to the innovation and transformation. Innovative enterprises, being the core force and main part to promote socio-economic development, shoulder the responsibility of transforming and innovating new technology. Whatever in the aspect of national competition or enterprise competition, transformation and innovation has been the key element and the status of innovative enterprises have been raised, especially in the era of globalization and knowledge economy in 21st century. Therefore, the research on innovative enterprises is of importance. The thesis analyzed the innovative enterprises on the perspective of financial characteristics and provided theoretical and practical support for establishing innovative enterprises.The thesis defined the connotation of the financial characteristics; analyzed the influence factors of financial characteristics of innovative enterprises; did empirical research on financial characteristics and enterprises performance; proposed suggestions to strengthen the effectiveness of financial affairs of innovative enterprises on the basis of taking financial characteristics of innovative enterprises as research object; adopting the theoretical principles such as innovative theory, capital structure theory, financial decision theory, flexible theory and employing the method of archival research. Then, we found that there has something insufficient in personnel structure and knowledge capital accumulation in innovative enterprises. Finally, the thesis proposed hierarchical model regarding realizing the balance of interests among shareholders as well as some suggestions regarding improving the effectiveness of enterprises financial affairs from the aspects of core competitiveness, financial flexibility, knowledge capital and so on. |
