Method Research On The Location Of Residential Real Estate Development

The real estate industry is an important industry of our country national economy, the investment of the residential real estate industry is one of the most investment businesses of the real estate industry. At present, the investment of residential real estate industry is the greatly part of the building project in our country real estate industry, the greatly part of the main business of our country's real estate enterprise is the investment of residential real estate industry. The investment of building real estate's devotion is huge: the risk is very high, so making science and accurate decision is most important. Choosing the best location is a successful key of the real estate development investment. This study focused on project location decision-making issues and the project which has strongest risks, and explored methods and steps of project location for corporation. I hope to provide some valuable ideas suggestions and methods for the location decision-making of real estate development projects.This paper passes research the connotation and characteristics of residential real estate and residential location, and in order to research intensively residential location choice, the related theories of residential real estate development location are analyzed, discussed and summarized properly. The paper reviews the domestic and international real estate development on the housing theory, analyses influencing factors of the location of residential real estate development, established initially an evaluation index system of the location of residential real estate development. This paper attempts to apply Rough Set theory to the project location evaluation, proposes an evaluation model of the project location which based on Rough Set theory; lastly ten land's relative data is to be collected to make a positive analysis on the evaluation model,the method is feasible.
