The Improvement Design Of Supply Chain Management In Spreadtrum Communications Co., Ltd

In the competitive and challenging environment, Supply chain management plays more and more important role, And now the enterprises are competing by the whole supply chain instead of single company. Hence, It's very important for company's core competition by improve the supply chain management system.This thesis describe the concept, characteristic of supply chain management and the development history of this management firstly and then summarized several typical modes of supply chain management, such as:CPFR, ERP and JIT. (Just In Time) By utilizing some theories of supply chain system (CPFR, ERP and JIT etc.) to analyzed some issues in Spreadtrum's supply chain management.Including:low delivery on time, produce manage issue led to low efficient and quality issues.high inventories and low level of information management system of Spreadtrum, Using standard analysis and detail analysis to analyze the root cause which caused these issues and worked out the solutions.such as:optimize supplier management and inventory control system to improve delivery on time.Implemented the intergration all resources of supplier and customer, procedure and organization redesign to solve high inventory issue. Implemented JIT to improve efficient and reduce faiure rate. Second implemented the IT by combing ERP and Bar-code system to optimize Spreadtrum' s information management system.Through implementing these actions, Spreadtrum' s supply chain operation was improved.and the supply management system also was optimized.
