The Stratagem Research About Shanxi Coal Industry Adjustment

Chinese coal production is located in world leader, and Shanxi is known as Chinese coal town. The coal products of Shanxi province in addition to supply itself, and the rest of the most supply Beijing, Tianjin and so on many provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, also export to many countries and regions. As a big province of coal production, Shanxi makes significant contributions for national economic development and modernization. However, the development of long-term extensive way caused that Shanxi coal industrial concentration is low, market competition chaos, product structure is single, the industrial connection effect is not enough and so on. Therefore, changing the style of economic growth, constructing low carbon new green energy basement, and achieving transformation development from intensive to extensive, from resources dependence to innovation driven transformation is not only the target of coal industry structure adjustment of Shanxi, but also the key to the development of Shanxi economy in the future of the target for quite a long time.The adjustment of industrial includes not only the coordinated development between different industries, but also including industry own rationalization and deepening. This paper analyzes the Shanxi coal industry using relevant theories of industrial structure, and evaluates the status of Shanxi coal industry and finds out some existing problems. Meanwhile, basing on the circulation economy, the industrial structure optimization, the industrial connection, industrial cluster theory, it explores the optimal strategy of adjustment of Shanxi coal industry, and provides policy reference for transformation development of Shanxi coal industry. In the analysis tool, this paper, applying the relevant empirical analysis of industry economics, and combining with the development of LuAn group which is the representative micro individual in Shanxi coal industry, evaluates overall situation of Shanxi coal industry. The article analyzes the necessity of Shanxi coal resources integration using the theory of dissipation, then finds out the problem which restricts the development of the coal industry, explores the specific strategies of coal industry structure adjustment, and finally realizes the regional policy industrialization and industrial policy regional.Firstly, the article expounds the related theory about industry and industrial structure, including the concept of industry association, Idustrial layout and industrial cluster. Finally, basing on circular economy, the industrial connection, industrial layout, industrial cluster and other related industry theory, it obtains the concrete plan about the development of Shanxi coal industry transformation, and upgrading of the industrial structure.
