Research On The Minimum Living Standard Security System Of Welfare Dependency

In this paper, welfare dependency of the Minimum Living Security System is made theoretical analysis and empirical research. The aim is to get whether our current minimum living security system exist social welfare dependence issues or not, to find out what led the problem of welfare dependency, and to make rational measures by draw on international experience and combined with China's actual conditions. This paper construct with seven chapters. The first and VII chapters were introduction and conclusion, including the purpose of writing the paper, meaning, innovation and inadequacies are made accountable. Let's have a brief introduction about main contents.Chapter II, Chapter III from an economic point of view of guaranteeing that the system of our current problems with the relationship between welfare dependency, and from a sociological point of view of social welfare dependency problem guaranteeing the formation of the causes and conditions. In addition, this article from the establishment of our subsistence and development as a reference for the development of the process of welfare dependency status were analyzed.Chapter IV, through the relevant information and data and survey analysis, respectively, of China's urban and rural minimum living security are analyzed. On the one hand with welfare dependency verify the theoretical risks of judgments; it also reached the social problem of guaranteeing that welfare dependency is not yet clear in our conclusions.Chapter V, VI drawing on the welfare state for the welfare dependence of reform measures, guaranteeing that the system for the building of China's valuable experience.
