A Study On The Reliance Of Rural Minimum Security And Welfare In Chaan Town,Shouxian County,Huainan City

At present,China is still in the ranks of developing countries.The development of economy,society,politics,culture and other aspects is relatively lagging behind.All social undertakings are at the initial stage,so all kinds of social problems still exist.At present,the most prominent problem is that the guarantee standard of the lowest living security object is still very low,and the living environment and living standard need to be improved and improved urgently.The low-income group has always been the focus of attention of the Party and the state as well as various social groups.Especially in recent years,the national poverty alleviation and development strategy has been implemented.Rural low-income families are the key components of poverty alleviation.Their production and living conditions are worth studying by scholars.Some problems also appear in the implementation of the policy,especially the existence of welfare dependence in rural areas,which has brought many adverse effects to the government,society and individuals.Therefore,properly solving the problem of welfare dependence is of great significance for promoting the harmony and stability of rural areas,consolidating poverty alleviation and achieving a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper comprehensively expounds the current research status of welfare dependence at home and abroad.It is clear that the research results in this field in China are less,and mostly focus on the research of urban low-income welfare dependence.Therefore,this paper takes rural low-income as a starting point to carry out research.By explaining the development process of the rural minimum living security system and the current situation and existing problems of the work in Cha'an Town,Shouxian County,Huainan City,the article clearly points out that there is already a phenomenon of welfare dependence in the rural minimum living security system,which lays a foundation for further research.In this paper,taking Cha'an Town,Shouxian County,Huainan City,as an example,the current situation and existing problems of rural low-security work are comprehensively analyzed.By comparing the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign welfare dependence,urban low-security and rural low-security welfare dependence,the prominent problems of rural low-security welfare dependence in China are found out.Statistical analysis is made based on the data of Cha'an Town over the years.At last,the paper puts forward some suggestions to prevent the welfare dependence of rural low-income insurance,in order to provide reference for government departments to formulate and improve the policy of low-income insurance.
