Hubei ,as a major agricultural province, the development of the agricultural economy plays a key role in that of the province, while the lack of brand-name agricultural products processing enterprises in Hubei is one of the main reasons for the restriction of the rapid development of the agricultural economy. Therefore, it's very imperative for them to implement the brand strategy. This essay firstly theoretically analysis the brand strategy, brand strategy and business model, brand asset value, and then uses these basic theories to the enterprise. On the basis of the investigation of the status of domestic and foreign agricultural products processing enterprise development and brand management, the construction of brand agricultural products processing business strategy model has been proposed from the micro aspect.This paper mainly consists of five parts. The first part is the elaboration of the relative basic theories and concepts , including the content, brand strategy and brand-name enterprise strategy theory and estimation of brand asset value of the agricultural products processing enterprises . The second part is the development status of foreign agricultural products processing enterprises and the status of implementation of brand strategy,including the United States, Canada and Israel. The third part is some provinces and cities in the domestic agricultural product processing enterprises in Brand Strategy Development and Analysis, including Hebei, Changyi and Weifang. The fourth part is the development status and problems of the agricultural products processing enterprises in Hubei. The fifth part is the construction of the strategic mode of the brand agricultural products processing enterprises in Hubei Province from six aspects. ?...
