"Occupational mobility" is not only economics and sociology issues of common concern, but also a social transition in the labor market a vibrant research areas. Social mobility, occupational mobility is an important form of expression; it is the quality of workers and swayed against a deep level, values and social background.New generation of migrant workers in the reform and opening up a new generation has grown up under the group, their upbringing, personal aspirations, identity, value orientation, behavioral logic and other aspects of migrant workers with the old generation is a considerable difference, and this difference in the "dream city" to pursue a carrier - "career choices and mobility," reflected on, a tsunami of economics and sociology from the rational and irrational arguments will become more intense. At present, the new generation of migrant workers frequently change job mobility and work constitute the basic characteristics of this group, most of their occupational mobility is often the level of mobility, occupational mobility even after several signs of downward mobility, that is, that the new generation of migrant workers in the occupational mobility is not a simple linear relationship, but an inverted "U" shaped relationship. If the number of flows are very frequent, it indicates that their lack of capital accumulation, especially in subjective human capital (willpower, conscious rationality, professionalism, interpersonal relationships, self awareness, values, career planning, etc.) accumulation. Meanwhile, the frequent job mobility itself is likely to throw them outside the social structure of the risk. So, how to make them realize the vertical upward occupational mobility, in a transitional period of social transition is particularly urgent.This new generation of migrant workers in Suzhou City, as the research object, it will affect their career mobility form of "capital" factor is divided into two major dimensions, namely social capital and human capital, and then divided into two small dimensions of human capital that the objective and subjective human capital, an indicator light of occupational mobility frequency and direction, respectively, study the correlation. On this basis, then on how to promote the new generation of upward occupational mobility of migrant workers put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
