Research On Security Of Land-deprived Peasants

With our social economic growth and the process of urbanization, the country were requisitioned, more and more peasants were lead to out of their farmlands. So in reality, there is a new social groups, land-deprived peasants.Land plays a very important role in peasants life, it has been playing the dual role of the means of production and life. The peasants once lost the land, they lost the corresponding rights, employment and social security, a series of questions would be coming. If these questions were not handled properly, it is easy to cause social contradictions and undermine the social stability. Therefore, appropriate solution to the problem of land-deprived peasants and brought them into the social security system would have important meanings not only in theory but also in our reality. This essay focused on the living conditions of land-deprived peasants, combined experience in various places such as Hunan province, Guangdong province, Zhejiang province and Jiangsu province, established some paths to protect peasants'rights. These suggestions were not only helpful for Jiangsu province but also had reference value to other areas.
