Research On Jiangyin-Jingjiang Industrial Park Linkage Development Problems And Countermeasures

In recent years, some cities with well developing economy and many foreign companies in the Yangtze River Delta region have appeared resources depletion or shortages of land and ports. Thus the cities seek resources in neighboring or less-developed areas. This cross-boundaries land transaction or linkage development has occurred in cities and towns with different administrative levels. And cooperation between these cities is accompanied by the transfer of local administrative power. And this can be regarded as cities administrative region growth. Jiangyin– Jingjiang industrial park as the linkage development model is encouraged and supported by superior government. This paper studies on: Jiangyin– Jingjiang breaking administrative region boundaries, linkage developing industrial part and realizing the regional economic cooperation. And it elaborates the industrial park's characteristics and current situation. Based on field survey, and using the collected data and interview material, this paper point out the existing problems in industrial park, and analysis the causes of these problems. Finally it proposes the countermeasure thinking and suggestions of promoting industrial park development.
