Studies On The Optimized Strategy Of ERP Project In Kunlun Corporation

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have emerged as an enabling technology, which integrates various functional (operations, marketing, finance) information systems into a seamless suite of business applications across the company and thereby, allowed for streamlined processing of business data and cross-functional integration. Thus, ERP systems provide an enticing solution to managers who have struggles with incompatible information systems and inconsistent operations policies. However, successful implementation of ERP systems requires higher cost and senior-level managers and thereby, ERP implementation has been restricted in small and middle enterprise. How to implement ERP successfully in small and middle enterprise catches the business' attention.In this paper, we have endeavored to provide operations managers a brief overview of ERP systems and demonstrate the main problems in its implementation process based on the investigation of Kunlun Corporation. We analyzed how an ERP system can assist in enhancing strengthening business strategy and making consistent operations decisions:ERP system management foundation and management innovation, human resource management, scheduling and production planning in the implementation process. In order to improve the business scheduling and system flow, project management process and personnel diathesis, we put forward an optimized measure to regulate the Corp. organization, build ERP group, improve operation function and avoid bug. This will solve the status of data fallibility, low system efficiency and disordered management process.This paper's main think is to develop ERP system function and break through the management bottle-neck. The project evaluation measures are personnel education/training and performance measures. This will provide assistance and references to solve the tremendous problems in the ERP implementation process.
