Human resources management outsourcing is making use of external resources with strategy and destination and entrust all or part of the human resources management work which is some complicated, procedural strong and non-core part in the enterprise to the professional services institutions, the enterprises will put more energy on the core of human resources management, in order to achieve optimal allocation and combination, reduce the risk of investment so as to build a new operation mode. Human resources management outsourcing expands the connotation of human resource management, integrates and make use of the external and the best professional resources, so as to reduce cost, improve efficiency, makes the enterprise give full play to its own core competitiveness of enterprises and enhance the rapid response capabilities of the enterprise to environment. It is a new kind of human resource management to win the competition advantageHowever, the human resources management outsourcing is a double-edged sword on the one hand it brings competitive advantage for the enterprise, on the other hand it has different degrees of risk. The paper analyses the reasons of the risk from the present situation of the risk of human resources management outsourcing in China, integration of the process of human resources management outsourcing and the internal and external environments of the Enterprise, and make identification for the possible risk in the three stages human resources management outsourcing, and use the knowledge and the relevant literature to put forward risk assessment methods. Finally, for the possible risk of human resources management outsourcing in the enterprises of our country, the paper puts forward the preventive strategy, and puts forward the strategy about how to develop human resources management outsourcing in the enterprises of our country. This paper aims to rich the risk of human resources management outsourcing and prevention of risks for Chinese enterprises,and provide reference for the implementation of human resources management outsourcing, improve the success rate of human resource management outsourcing in our enterprise.
