Countermeasures Research, Accelerate The Construction Of The Sino-russian Trade Channel And Logistics Network

Russia and China were actively participating in the globe economic integration, and after years of effort, the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries achieved considerable results. In 2010, China has become Russia's second largest trading partner; and Russia has become China's eighth largest trading partner either. But the economic and trade cooperation between Russia and China is still in the primary stage, which is not in line with the development of the two countries. There are many reasons to cause that result, one of the reasons is that the trade channels and the Logistics network develops very slowly. The backward transport capacity can't meet the need of the Sino-Russian trade cooperation. Therefore, in order to achieve the further development of Sino-Russian trade cooperation, it must re-build the trade channels and logistics network between the two countries. First of all, this paper discussed the strategic and practical significance of the building of the trade channels and logistics network between the two countries between Russia and China, analyzed the current situations and of Sino-Russian trade channels and logistics network, and pointed out the obstacles and its reasons of the building of Sino-Russian trade channels and logistics networks. Secondly, this paper proposed to accelerate the construction of Sino-Russian trade channels and logistics network, and deeply analyzed the social and economic benefits to the both countries of the construction of Sino-Russian trade channels and logistics network. At last, the paper proposed the solutions to the obstacles of the building of Sino-Russian trade channel and logistics network.
