With the globalization of the trade market and the development of the Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, the development of China's international trade has been continuously strengthened. In the progress of "the Belt and Road" construction work, China will promote economic prosperity and interregional economic cooperation along"the Road and the Belt". By constructing the major international channels,key transport infrastructure channels and nodes will be implemented, which will be propitious to closely connect Asia, Europe and Africa, as well as to promote mutually beneficial cooperation to a new height. China's economy is currently in the phase of deepening reform. In order to improve the level of opening-up and economic trade and explore the opportunities for regional industrial development, international logistics system is being actively promoted and constructed. Thus, as an important factor affecting and restricting the development of economic trade, international logistics channels will be the base to unblock and link regional international internal and external logistics, and support regional economic trade development.It's a key work to improve the service level of international logistics to meet the needs of international logistics, and also a necessity to expand and deepen regional opening-up to strengthen regional economic trade cooperation and integrate into global economy. By presenting the theoretical system method for international logistics channel construction,theoretical reference and scientific basis of international logistics channel construction are provided to guide different regions to establish international logistics channel with their characteristics. Therefore, this paper will focus on the three aspects, including the evolution and development of' international logistics channels, the construction of the international logistics channel infrastructure network, and the evaluation and selection of the international logistics service channel.1. Analysis of channel system evolution. Firstly, the concept of international logistics channel is defined, and the structure of international logistics channel is analyzed combined with international logistics characteristics. The characteristics of different development stage of international logistics channel system is comprehensively described with "Logistic curve".Growth elasticity is used to analyze the dynamic mechanism of each subsystem in the international logistics channel on the channel evolution under the description of "three spiral"mode, which can put forward some suggestions to maintain rapid development of international logistics channel system, and delay the mature decay period of channel evolution.2. Construction of international logistics channel infrastructure network. Based on the analysis of the channel infrastructure network structure and the index system influencing channel infrastructure network construction, the construction of Hub-and-spoke international logistics network is put forward. The principal component analysis is used to determine the hub and spoke level of the international logistics network node, and network optimization model is set up to determine the relationship between lines. Through the construction of the Hub-and-spoke infrastructure network, the economy of scale can be ensured, and the situations where a great many nodes are set up without organization or network is set up without freight demand can be avoided, so that scientific planning methods for channel infrastructure are provided.3. Evaluation and selection of international logistics service channel. Technical and economical indexes are applied to describe channel characteristics. SE-DEA model is utilized to determine, rank and compare the technical and economical effectiveness of different channels. Then, matching degree is introduced to address the matching relation between specific goods supply and demand technical and economical characteristics, and comprehensive matching degree is used to guide and select service channels. By means of variable weight analysis, optimal service channel selection is determined under different decision preference weights, which will also provide scientific guidance.In order to verify the adaptability of the international logistics channel construction method proposed in the thesis, and to provide reference for later applications, Sichuan province is chosen to make empirical analysis. Empirical analysis shows that under the current allocation of resources Sichuan international logistics channel system is in the developmental stage. It's an effective way to speed up channel system development by strengthening infrastructure construction and improving capability of services channel better and faster. In the background of the construction of international logistics channel infrastructure system,Sichuan international logistics Hub-and-spoke network is established. Meanwhile, Chengdu-Mianyang International Logistics Development Zone, East Sichuan International Logistics Development Zone, South Sichuan International Logistics Zone, and Panzhihua-Xichang International Logistics Development Zone are put forward to guide the construction of Sichuan international logistics infrastructure nodes and lines. By using SE-DEA model,technical and economical effectiveness of air flight service channel is pretty high for small batch Logistics, while technical and economical effectiveness of China Railway Express is the highest one for mass logistics.Through supply and demand matching method and variable weight analysis,comprehensive matching degree of China Railway Express and river-and-sea coordinated transport of Sichuan auto parts with different weights can be drown, which will help make choice of international logistics service channel under different decision preference.The research shows that the method of establishing international logistics channel can solve the core problem in construction process, keep channel's developmental and evolutionary motivation, and guide channel infrastructure network construction and service channel evaluation and selection. Taking Sichuan province as an example, the applicability of the method is further verified which is helpful to provide scientific guidance for channel planning, construction and application. In the perspective of further research and application,more non-quantitative indexes and the policy circumstances of international logistics development should be taken into consideration to deepen the scientific principle of the method and to provide more specific suggestions for international logistics channel practice.
