With the development of the small and medium-sized enterprise depending on human resources, the research about the training degree of satisfaction in the small and medium-sized enterprise has been an important topic in the modern business management. This article discusses the constitution of the staff training degree of satisfaction about the small and medium-sized enterprise through reading the literature material, forming the official questionnaire. Provide the questionnaire primarily by the network mail and secondly by the spot investigation, collect and reorganize the data. Through the statistical analysis of the survey result about the questionnaire, it has realized the proof process about the qualitative and the quota unifying. It has stated the influencing factors about the staff training degree of satisfaction in the small and medium-sized enterprise after the multiple data analysis. Then, the paper has proposed the promotion strategy of the staff training degree of satisfaction about the small and medium-sized enterprise: the promotion strategy of the training system degree of satisfaction; the promotion strategy of the training curriculum degree of satisfaction; the promotion strategy of the training time degree of satisfaction; the promotion strategy of the training method degree of satisfaction. In fact, the article is an experimental research about the topic of the staff training degree of satisfaction in the small and medium-sized enterprise, which will provide certain practicing value and guiding sense for enhancing the staff training degree of satisfaction.
