As China's economic development, employees increasingly complex content of the work, the performance difference between different staff also increased, and staff performance as the basis of corporate performance, corporate strategic objectives of the plays an important role. Good employees how to assess the completion of established goals and do the application of results of performance assessment, has become used to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, and tap potential employees, improve their efficiency and achieve corporate strategic objectives is an important task. Performance management, human resource management as a core function, to assume this work.China's accession to WTO, reform of the domestic tobacco industry intensified, Jiangxi Tobacco Industries were reorganized, and its affiliated XG cigarette factory shift from the production and operation of enterprises in order to produce manufacturing plant. How to implement an effective performance appraisal, to stimulate the production staff positions enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, has become a cigarette factory XG urgent problem.In this paper, XG Cigarette Factory as the research object, the use of relevant theoretical tools, from a practical point of view of its staff performance appraisal system was optimized. In this study, the structure is divided into five chapters, respectively, from the background and significance of the theory of performance management review, XG cigarette factory status and problems of performance management, XG cigarette factory performance management system design and XG cigarette factory implementation and performance management system protection of five parts research.This study performance management theory as the guide, through the case of jiangxi XG cigarette factories will catch, analysis of the enterprise's performance management system, finally summarized to achieve XG cigarette factories will catch the normal operation of the performance management system, it is necessary to start from improving performance appraisal knowledge level, ensure performance appraisal fair and balanced, strengthens staff appraisal, strengthening process management performance communication, insist on the dynamic management inspection plan formulated relevant aspects of the measures. China tobacco enterprise state-owned monopoly enterprises, XG cigarette factories will catch staff's performance is examined the problems existing in the system of both its particularity, and also have certain representativeness. This paper studied the optimization, and puts forward some Suggestions, a reference to other enterprises.
