Study On The Promotion Of Enterprise's Independent Innovation Capability

Independent innovation capability is a core of the national competitiveness, and the great choice of meeting the challenge of future. Probing into the problem of enterprise's independent innovation capability, looking for the approach that lifts enterprise's independent innovation capability, can offer the feasible theoretical direction for improving China's independent innovation capability. From setting out independent innovation and discussion of enterprise's independent innovation capability, this paper analyzes the motive force and resistance promoting enterprise's independent innovation capability of our country. It proposes the specific measurements to promote enterprise's independent innovation capability in China. The author holds that the basic motive force to promote enterprise's independent innovation capability is inside the enterprises. The active spirit of entrepreneur, fine culture of the corporate, and positive mechanism of internal incentive, are the basic motive force of promoting enterprise's independent innovation capability. This paper puts particular emphasis on innovation subject. In the perspective of innovation subject, the key measurements to lift the independent innovation capability of our country are the need of improving the overall qualities of innovation subject, paying close attention to innovation subject's all directional needs.
