The Method And Application Of Subjective Self-determination Comprehensive Evaluation On Condition Of Weights Nondictatorship

Having broad application prospects, comprehensive evaluation is objective, fair and reasonable overall assessment made to the evaluation objects, which could be found abroad in the fields of sociology, management, economics and culture. Self-determination comprehensive evaluation is an important kind of method in the field of comprehensive evaluation. With self-determination comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation objects have right to express their own opinion thereby providing much subjective information more than objective one, which makes the final evaluation conclusion more convincing. Compared to the traditional method of comprehensive evaluation, the method of self-determination comprehensive evaluation provides different research perspective, which is becoming a new research focus.With the existing limitation of self-determination comprehensive evaluation method, this paper suggests a new method of subjective self-determination comprehensive evaluation on condition of weights nondictatorship. The main research works of this paper are as follows:(1) A systematic review of self-determination comprehensive evaluation theory is done, and a detail summary is made.(2) The paper promotes one new kind method of self-determination comprehensive evaluation on condition of weights nondictatorship. The main principle is to take advantage of the hypothesis-"competitive concerning view optimization"-in the second phase of the optimization model at the basis of existing order optimization model. The method helps the evaluation objects narrow the difference with powerful competitors and expand difference with weak competitors within the premise of getting the optical ranking. Moreover, in order to avoid the phenomenon of weights dictatorship, the "strong constraint coefficient of weights nondictatorship" and "weak constraint coefficient of weights nondictatorship" are defined, which will help to ensure fairness during the evaluation process.(3) The financial capacity of listed companies of domestic ports is assessed with the method mentioned above and the evaluation consequence is analyzed.
