Development of enterprise can not be separated from excellent talents. How to make enterprise talents have a sufficient energy and strength into the development of enterprises, this is have a highly related to enterprise talents protection. What are the enterprises should promote on talents protection? How to implement the protection of talents? Each enterprise managers will be faced with this problem.In this paper, the object of study is high-tech enterprise knowledge talents. The damage of talents faced mainly come from physical injury and psychological harm. The outcome of these injuries may lead to "overwork death" phenomenon and the loss of talent from the enterprise. Therefore, first of all, the paper introduce the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the "overwork death" and the phenomenon of brain drain and their theoretical basis for research. After, through literature study and survey forms to extract high-tech enterprises knowledge talent may suffer source of harm. After the questionnaire to obtain data use software SPSS13.0 to analyze data, and explore structural model of high-tech enterprise knowledge talents source of harm. Finally, combine structural model of high-tech enterprise knowledge talents source of harm with evaluation indicators apply to A company, and give a rational suggestion aimed at the actual situation of A company.In this paper, innovation is to build a structural model of high-tech enterprise knowledge talents source of harm. Every high-tech enterprises can use this structural model to research the question of talent protection, obtained in the lack of talent protection, for enterprises to provide a basis for talent protection.
