It Package Back Driving Factors And It Capacity Building Process Research

In the modern construction of enterprise information, IT capability is considered to be a source of competitive advantage, and it is a hot issue in domestic and international research. Since the late 20th century, many IT backsourcing phenomenons occur in foreign countries, so how to build IT capability become a growing concern for domestic and foreign enterprises. But now the research in this area is few.Firstly, in this paper, the drivers of backsourcing are refined systematically and analyzed in detail on the basis of broad collection and analyzing IT backsourcing cases which appear at home and abroad in recent years, laying the foundation for further study.Then, from the viewpoint of the theory of dynamic capability, on the basis of the process of enterprise information and the mechanism of dynamic IT capability forming, this paper proposed a concept model of the formation of dynamic IT capability and described the model in detail through analyzing the formation of Haier's IT capabilities, providing good theory references for enterprises' building IT capabilities.
