| ERP not only is the effective system tool of improving operational efficiency, but also stands for an advanced and scientific management methods and ideas. However, for enterprises, especially SME, the implementation of ERP is a high-cost and high-risk investment, which usually needs to invest from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions or even hundreds of millions, but its effect is difficult to assess.In recent years, the huge gap between the practical application of ERP and business expectations makes people re-examine and evaluate the performance and value of ERP. The performance evaluation of ERP implementation has become a hot topic of the home and foreign scholars and corporate management. Because the characteristics, scale of operation, business strategy goal of ERP system implementation are different, the performance evaluation of ERP implementation is still not unified standard in the theoretical world; meanwhile, there is not authoritative assessment of a system and method.Based on the actual characteristics of GH company implemented SAP Business One system, this thesis establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation methods of GH Company's ERP system implementation. At the same time, also hope to provide guidance and learning with evaluation methods for SME ERP project and scientific decision-making, which help companies improve the success rate of ERP implementation and promoting the process of popular ERP in China.This paper firstly describes the GH company implemented SAP Business One system, application status. Based on the research results of domestic and foreign, it puts forward with the Balanced Scorecard and KPI theory combined with the actual situation of SAP Business One implementation to create the performance evaluation index system. Not only overcome the traditional ERP systems lack of strategic support, but also top-down co-ordination of corporate strategic management, so that the ERP evaluation match with corporate strategic goals to reduce blindness in management; combined with key performance indicators enhance the operability and seize the key indicators. Then use the AHP to compute the weight of each index and evaluate performance of ERP implementation with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method comprehensively. Finally, analyze the results of the implementation of SBO in GH Company and propose suggestions for improvement. |
