Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluationfor Abank Wenzhou Branch's Internationaltradefinancingbusinessrisk Basedon AHP

Since China's entry into WTO,China's foreign trade economy has been growing steadily,and the financing demand of domestic import and export enterprises has become more and more vigorous.Domestic commercial banks have gradually increased the investment and product development of international trade financing.International trade financing business presents a variety of characteristics,complex operation and strong professionalism,and its increasing and changing potential risks are difficult to grasp.However,China's commercial banks started international trade financing business late,and the risk control is not perfect enough.Their risk control could not keep up with the pace of business development,and they could not identify and prevent potential risks well.Based on this research background,this paper,on the basis of analyzing the actual development status of international trade financing business of A Bank Wenzhou Branch,summarizes and collates the various risks faced in the business process,constructs the risk index system of international trade financing business,and divides the risk of international trade financing business of A Bank Wenzhou Branch into credit risk,market risk,operational risk and national or regional risk.Four kinds of risks are divided into 15 sub-risks.By designing and issuing expert questionnaires to collect data,using Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight of risk indicators and consistency test,to ensure the validity of data,and then using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to evaluate the risks.The evaluation results show that credit risk and market risk belong to "higher level",operation risk and national or regional risk belong to "general level",and international trade financing business risk of A Bank Wenzhou Branch belongs to "general level".Finally,"one risk one policy" is implemented,and targeted risk prevention measures are put forward to provide beneficial reference for improving the level of risk management and control of the trade financing business of A Bank Wenzhou Branch.
