Research On Technological Innovation Capability Of Construction Enterprises Evaluation

Construction is the pillar industry of national economy. The healthy and rapiddevelopment of construction will promote the development of relevant industries.Construction enterprise is not only the basic unit of construction but also the main bodyof technology innovation. The technological innovation capability of housingconstruction enterprise relates directly to the prospect of national economy. So it isrealistically significant for a housing construction enterprise to evaluate itstechnological innovation capability scientifically, efficiently, objectively andquantitatively. Only in this way can an enterprise scientifically realize its technologicalinnovation capability in its competition with its counterpart, employ appropriateinnovation strategy, make full use of its advantages and achieve the best economic andsocial benefits. The paper aim is carrying on the analysis to technological innovationcapability of housing construction enterprise, and set up the index system oftechnological innovation capability.Firstly, the article defines the meaning of housing construction enterprise anddescribes the theory of technological innovation, technological innovation capability ofhousing construction enterprise. Through data analysis this article shows the status ontechnological innovation of housing construction enterprise. Secondly, the author buildsan evaluation indexes system from four aspects of innovation devoting capability,innovation inputting, innovation implementation, innovation outputting and innovationmanagement capability and then gives evaluation criterion of the technologicalinnovation capability indexes. After the index system is set up, the author analyzes theevaluation measures comparatively, and then chooses the BP neural network to evaluatethe technological innovation capability of housing construction enterprise. At last, theauthor chooses a fixed housing construction enterprise for demonstration research, andevaluates its technological innovation capability. Then the author advances some adviceand improving measures for the enterprise’s innovation activities.
