Optimization Of The Tank Container Composing Production Line In G Company

The thesis improving the existing production ways though the study of a tank container composing line of G company by applying Lean Production and Industial Engineering Technologies in the study of Line Balancing. First, distinguish Value-added activities, Non-value added activities and waste by using Value Stream Analysis technology, and then eliminate all these waste outside the line and reduce Non-value added activities as much as possible and Improve efficiency of Value-added activities, second, by Integrating use of related IE technologies to eliminate some waste action inside the line based on eliminating outside line wastes, we can eliminate wastes more thorough. Then, analyze the entire Line Balancing and improve it by restructuring process operation contents and reduce bottleneck process's operation time and some other ways, and then get improvement programs. In the end, evaluate these improvements programs to contrast the effects before and after these improvements.
