With the continuous development of the national economy,the threshold of the pressure vessel is getting lower and lower,China's pressure vessel manufacturing industry is facing enormous pressure to survive,the profit space of each enterprise is getting smaller and smaller,therefore,change the existing mode of production to Adapt to the changing market environment is imminent,at the same time,look at the domestic and foreign,through the implementation of lean production to continuously reduce waste,and gradually enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is the most effective response.In the background of lean production,SAN company's LNG vehicle bottle production line is the object of this paper.The basic idea of lean production mode and value flow chart analysis are used to identify the waste of production system,so that the bottleneck is urgent to be improved.Targeted to carry out the work.Seven operations of IE,fishbone diagram analysis,5W2 H and other tools were used to analyze and improve the bottleneck station operation by standardizing operation and ECRS four principles(simplification,consolidation,rearrangement and cancellation),further improving the leaning degree and improving the production line Balance rate and eliminate the logistics waste point.After the balance of the cylinder production line improved,the production line beat time from the original 362 seconds to 284 seconds,the line balance increased from 56% to 72%,while eliminating the production line decentralized island operations,Head group,leak detection operation,turn the assembly operations,etc.,to eliminate hoisting and transfer car,improve the effectiveness of immediate results,improve production capacity to meet current customer needs.At the same time,through the transformation of the cylinder production mode,such as the layout of rearrangement,the reorganization of the station,bottleneck elimination,process optimization,single flow production,lifting lifting operations,to reduce production costs and logistics costs to enhance production capacity of 20%,And ultimately improve market adaptability.SAN company through the LNG vehicle bottle line balance to improve the implementation of the company departments to realize the importance of value stream analysis,as well as similar cylinders to improve the production line play a good reference.
