At present the switch power production technology is mature.The variety of the switch power is rich and tend to be diversified, which can be applied to all kinds of product.Its development is rapid, constantly create new technology, and has been widely used.Switching power supply can be applied to various types of products, mainly involved in the computer, household appliances, etc. And the application of household electrical appliances more extensive, including television, video, audio, etc..in this paper, the author studies on PD40AVF power switch,it is applied to the samsung TV, and as the main supplier of 40 inches of samsung TV the power switch.Because in the current market environment, the company from external competition is more intense, but customer demand is strong.In this case M company is to solve the existing problems in the production line of industrial engineering theory and quality management theory, to meet the market demand and time, improve the market competitiveness.Based on this, this paper select the production line PD40AVF power supply products of M company as the research object, first introduced the product assembly process, each process of the product through;Then, through the study and determination of operation time, operation time of acquisition of line current workstations on the production line, the production line balance rate for current measurement and evaluation, further analysis on the influence factors of the production line balance, and puts forward the solution to all of the factors, in order to improve the production line balance rate.This paper is divided into five chapters, on the research the product was analyzed and improved.In the first chapter, it includes the introduction of this article selected topic background and significance, and explains the purpose of this study, the research content, research ideas and research methods.The second chapter is to summarize domestic and foreign research related to production line balance theory.They include some of the traditional research method and a new theory method.Finally through literature and evaluation research get the topic of this article.The third chapter, mainly the current production status of products were analyzed, and the specific work content of each process and the standard time of each process was studied.It provide the basis for analysis and improvement below.The fourth chapter, it is to find the problems existing in the current production line, and starting from the factors of affecting production line balance, overall improvement scheme is put forward, in the concrete contents to work assignments, defective products, job content.Put forward the improvement scheme and implementation, finally carries on the summary and the analysis to improve the effect.The fifth chapter, the full text summarized the work and put forward views on the current production line balance problem and prospect for the future.
