The traditional statistical process control technology (SPC) has a wide range of applications in mass production environment, and it gets a huge economic benefits. With the development of new technologies and new economy, customer's needs become diversified and personalization, production model has been changed from the mass production to multi-varieties & small batch production. However, small batch production of the product less, fewer samples, and the control system is complicated and instability, therefore enterprise cannot gain stable quality eigenvalues. As the less data basis and less sample size, traditional SPC technology based on the normal distribution theory is facing many difficulties and challenges, it is not suitable for small batch Procedure quality control. Therefore, how to apply SPC in controlling process of multi-varieties & small batch becomes an urgent task.The paper summarizes the main problem and characteristic of the small batch production, analyzes the methods and techniques applied in the process quality control aiming at this issue domestic and international. On this basis, combining with my opinion and innovation, the paper proposes a new effective approach of procedure quality control method and its management system for grouping of procedures in such environment. This method takes the process for the control key, it will process a lot of similar processes classification, then construct group process. It can solve the problem of fewer samples effectively through process quality control of grouping of procedures. Among the main elements are as follows:Firstly,the paper discusses basic conditions and basic methods of applying group technology (GT)according to characteristic of the small batch production, and do the feasibility analysis.Secondly, studied the factors which affects procedure quality, the indices system for evaluating the similarity analysis is proposed. Based on similarity and dissimilarity between intuitionistic fuzzy sets, the construction method of intuitionistic fuzzy similarity relation is studied, the evaluation model for evaluating the similarity analysis is proposed,an estimating method of similarity degree between the processes based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets is proposed for assessing the similarity analysis, so, the problem of similarity analysis of grouping of procedures is solved.Thirdly, put forward the statistical process control method and process aimed at Multi-Specification & Small Batch. It contains: research and formulate the processing procedure and methods of statistical data, so the problem that measurement data cannot be directly used in statistical process control as different basic size and tolerance values can be solved.Fourthly, put forward the statistical process control method and process aimed at Multi-Specification & Small Batch. According to the actual production condition of grouping of procedures,research the drawing and application of group control chart. On the basis of the analysis for the point estimation and confidence interval of small batch process ability index, the technology and method of estimating process ability under this environment is proposed. This paper discusses the building of process ability economic model and the best process capability index of the best process capability index.Fifthly, to meet the actual requirements of quality control of multi-varieties & small batch production, on the basis of this small batch production processes to develop quality control system software according to relevant theory,framework,develop software, main modules functions of the system and its key techniques are stated.Finally, an example will be listed to verify the validity.
