Because of the cultural influences and interests are inconsistent driven, which will lead the management team have different organizational concepts, management practices and other conflicts. Therefore, Conflicts have become a fact and problem that present enterprises had to face in the management, especially small and medium private enterprises, and no doubt the management team leader to run an integral part of the process. For many domestic small and medium private enterprises, companies have experienced rapid development, may experience a conflict within the team management, thus conflict resolution, conflict management for enterprises is very important. It can be said, conflict and conflict resolution process plays an important role in the development of enterprises.In this paper, Company A is the object of study, using actual observation and field research methods, through case narrative, based on reviewing of relevant studies at home and abroad and analysis of the concepts of internal conflicts. For the basic conditions of the A company, gives a detailed exposition about members of the management team in early days, development days and maturity days, three stages of different manifestations of showing. A detailed analysis of the development of the A company's management team to appear in conflict, a further analysis of the causes of conflict within the team management of A company, and presented a series of management team for A company responses to internal conflict. Hoped that the analysis of these examples in this paper and application of the theory of the management team have some reference to the A company of similar enterprises and private enterprises in the management and conflict management within the team.
