In the consensus "first-class enterprise as the standard, second-rate brand companies do, third-rate companies make products" and the post-crisis era, domestic and international strive for the right of industry standards to have intensified. For international, the battle about WAPI standard between Unite States and China before, or the current document format standards battle, China's WAPI and802.1li wireless battle, and so are all good examples. For domestic, dairy standards battle or mobile TV standards war, have shown the great importance of the standard. Here's a very good set of data shows that China's position in the standards. In the16,000international standards,99.8%developed by foreign institutions, and developed by China is less than2%o. As of the end of2006, China has national standards19278, the percent which adopt international standards and advanced foreign standards is only43.5%. At the premise of the great importance of standards, the Government and academia have not given due attention and concern yet. Government give the attention on the perspective of the actual development of the industry, which is lack of a theoretical guide. Academic study for a standard on the perspective of enterprise standard and the impact of international trade. And there is lack of using standardized methods to analyse the industry standard. In view of this, this paper attempts to use standard methods of economics to explain the industry standard. First chapter gives the background and significance of this study, research objectives and content. In the second chapter we define the scope of this paper and describes the overview of previous studies. This study focuses on market structure is oligopolistic market, the scope of analysis is on the domestic market. On these basis, the third chapter began to discuss the reason of all the subjects, the intensity of industry standards. Then we use develop mechanisms to discuss micro-economic effects and so on.Subsequently, in the fourth chapter we analyze the ripple effect of industry standards. The first one is the impact on related industries, the method is the industry chain analysis. The second one is the social welfare effects, the method is utility curve. The third one is the impact on the government, mainly for rent-seeking and corruption issues. In the above discussion, we get the conclusion that the domestic industry standard for developing the model should be based on government-led model-based, multi-setting model of coexistence model structure, the development of specific model should be based on each stage of development and industry standards to determine the strength, not blindly use the "one size fits all" development model. In the fourth chapter we have a discussion of the government-led model of dynamic patterns. Chapter V is all the examples. Finally, Chapter VI summarizes the conclusions of this paper and gives some specific comments and suggestions.
