Research On The Green Evaluation And Selection Of Supplier Of Electrophoresis Die Casting Parts

Though our automotive industry has achieved rapid development in recent decades, some problems of environment pollution are still existing. Therefore, in order to place strict restrictions on the high-polluting industries, such as electrophoresis treatment, acid treatment and so on, a series of laws and regulations have been established by the government. For the sake of the concept of environmental protection in the automotive industry, new standards are necessary to strengthen the management of suppliers selection and performance evaluation. Fully taking environmental factors into consideration, this paper establish environment-friendly evaluation system for suppliers of die casting parts which use electrophoresis process in the production of auto parts, and analyze it from three parts.First of all, this paper analyzes current situation and deficiency of domestic and foreign suppliers management in detail. And based on this analysis combined with the characteristics of the production process of and relevant laws and regulations, we establish evaluation system for die casting parts suppliers including6first-level indicators and27second-level indicators. Thirdly, applying the combination method of AHP and TOPSIS, for the quantitative and qualitative indicators to evaluate the identified suppliers, we use AHP to determine the weights of indices, and then we choose the best green supplier with TOPSIS. Thirdly, taking Beijing Benz Automotive Company for example, we evaluate and analyze its suppliers of front subframe, verifying the applicability and effectiveness of the evaluating system and optimum selection model for die casting parts suppliers established by this paper, which provide reference for related businesses to choose suitable die casting parts suppliers.
