| Along with the development of economy and the regional planning, regional innovation system and regional innovation ability is becoming a new research subject. Local government has continuously presented various policies to promote regional development, and more experts and scholars also begin to research regional innovation system and the regional innovative capacity.Regional innovation system is a systematical network, which link the main elements and coordinate each element of the relationship in particular economic area and cultural background. Technology inter-mediators are important parts of the regional innovation system regional innovation system, and they play a role of bridge and link. Technology inter-mediators can effectively coordinate with regional innovation subjects, and realize regional innovation system's maximum profit through the optimal allocation of resources. Therefore, we research the performance between technology inter-mediators and other regional innovation subjects, based on the situation of regional innovation system of Qingdao city development.Firstly, this paper summarizes the situation and basic theories of technology inter-mediators and regional innovation system, and analysis the development and performance of technology inter-mediators and other regional innovation subjects of Qingdao. And then, we structure a evaluation system of coordinate innovation performance of technology inter-mediators and other regional innovation subjects based on the construction principle. And calculate the performance of Qingdao regional innovation system, using expert scoring method, questionnaire method, AHP, the fuzzy mathematics method, grey correlation analysis, and so on. Finally, we draw lessons from Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Jiangsu to improve the regional innovative performance using benchmarking organum, and put forward proposals to promote Qingdao regional innovation system consummation. |
