Into the consumer market economy has diversified, flexible production, distribution and efficient era, the formation of the international logistics system and logistics companies to improve supply chain must be consistent with the new pattern. And Europe some of the larger logistics companies in the international market and China's Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim and other regions have the ability to place, which enhances some of Southeast Asia's medium-sized logistics enterprises competitive pressure. Logistics companies to survive and develop they must have to enhance competition and improve the vitality of logistics facilities to meet community and customer service, higher logistics requirements, including, corporate headquarters, distribution operations, warehousing and other geographical location decisions of essential.This paper aims to present business background and analysis of the situation, the logistics company's Storage Center JT site planning and decision making were discussed. Especially focused on the Pearl River Delta and Guangzhou and Foshan area of domestic logistics environment survey, combined with the organic status of JT Logistics function and development needs, targeted to the specific use of scientific theory and practice of the method of combining. In this paper, AHP site storage center site plan for research, site selection process to establish the use of brainstorming site evaluation index system, and through the Delphi method to quantify the qualitative indicators, the evaluation system to determine the storage center location the weight of expert scoring of qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators to calculate scores, and ultimately to determine the optimal region of the prospective sites.This article from the core competitiveness and enhance supply chain management point of view, to determine the direction of its storage center planning, site planning of the logistics facilities in the implementation and enhancements to strengthen their core competitive advantage and resource potential, to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.In addition to this research project to solve JT logistics business development issues, enhance competitive advantage to bring more economic benefits, will help the firm's current business efficiency and long-term development plan, but also help the company provide customers with efficient integrated logistics services to win more customers; but also for third-party logistics companies to better grasp the opportunities for regional economic development, with the progress of regional economic thrust, planning their own logistics facilities, and promote scientific methods of research in logistics decision-making theory improving the practice and application of effective success, their information and reference.
