A Study On Location Selection Of Logistics Center Of Multinational Geophysical Prospecting

As the development of the globalization in geophysical prospecting corporations,the logistics centers of them are also globalized.How to deploy logistics centers according to the seismic parties is the key to reduce the cost and boost the profit in this industry during the sluggish economics.Location selection of logistics centers in a scientific way is the first step to establish worldwide logistics centers scientifically.At the beginning of the dissertation,I introduced the background of research,the significance of the research and the innovations in this dissertation.Then,I briefly introduced the contemporary research methodology which is used frequently.At last,I took the B company for the empirical analytic example,which is the only one Chinese corporation of top-six companies standing in the world,combined with its development of overseas business,elaborated the forming reasons of overseas previous logistics centers,the current situations and the disadvantages of them,also I analyzed the causes of these shortages in this paper.According these drawbacks,I combined with the appropriate the method of location selection which is called the gravity approach to calculate the later logistics center location in Pakistan southern working area.Meanwhile,I used the comprehensive method including analytic hierarchy process and experts grading method to study the logistics centers location of Thailand in Southeast Asia.During the AHP method,I calculated the weighted value of each factor,tested the logistical consistency of importance of factors in each matrix,then,we scored each factor by our team of experts and selected the best one with the highest scores.At the end of this dissertation,the relevant policies and suggestions will be put forward for the geophysical prospecting industry in China and the Chinese government.
