With the enterprise development, division of professional growing more and more fine, enterprise management and production of the original straightforward development process has become the bottleneck of enterprise development. A long new product development cycle, high development costs, the development process of chaos, leading to new product management cannot meet the requirements of customers, and even new product when finish development has become the old products on the market, the enterprise cannot be obtained in the last good benefits.Business process reengineering is the effective way to promote the enterprise competitiveness, for enterprise survival competition to provide a new way and space. This paper analyzes the present the dilemma facing the enterprise, and based on this, through a series of methods and tools to analyze the opportunities and the implementation process reengineering process reengineering. Through the analysis of existing new product development process, and draw the conclusion that the description of the development process, and set up the process of IDEF model; Use ASME, quantitative analysis of the various methods activities consumed time, found that process the non-value-added activities; Use the homework cost method, the actual cost of the calculation procedure, and based on this, a new process design. New flow realizes shorten new product development cycle and reduce the cost of development objectives. And specific application to M company new product development process reengineering study, development cost savings for 16.3%, development time reduced by 41.5%, and achieved the desired effect.
