And focus on different market segments under the professional division of labor. The paper's innovation lies on having proposed value network, but not value chain as traditional, to re-define and analyze the industry's collaborative approach and the value creation model. In addition, this paper regards the forming of mobile payment business model as a long-term evolution. In this process, participants learn from each other, and cooperative and competitive strategies can be adjusted at any time. On the basis of this analysis, evolutionary game theory is implemented to analyze telecommunication operators and bank card companies strategic direction. In addition, being difference with most scholars, this paper forwarded the concept of market segmentation that means in different market segments there should be different leaders. Basing on the quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper forecasted the possible action of each participant, as well as interest conflict in the development process, which has more practical sense for each of stakeholders to make and adjust strategy.
