The enterprises can not develop without employees, employees can not develop without training. Training is one of the effective means to improve the overall quality and job performance of staff. However, many companies still can not receive expected training effect after spend huge human, material and financial resources. The reason is that the scientific training system is not built in an actual situation, so the conducted training can not meet the actual needs of enterprises and employees. Only the companies develop a scientific and reasonable training system can they attract, maintain and motivate the best people in the fierce competition for talent and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage at the same time. So it is a vital part of training management to build a perfect training system, it is also the key for a company to get core competencies.The training system of foreign enterprises is relatively perfect among different types of domestic enterprises, especially some famous foreign enterprises like A company we mentioned in this paper. A company can make good use of scientific methods about talents training and development during the training process, and it established an training system that can meets the basic needs of all company sectors, which for one thing enhances the competitiveness of the employees, for another enhances the cohesion and vitality of the organization. But there still some problems exist in their training system though the training system of A company is relatively perfect. So how to make a more complete and targeted training system is becoming an urgent problem for A company.This thesis starts from the basic theory of training, by using the basic theory and case-analysis method, deeply analysing the present situation and main problems in both macroscopic and microscopic aspects of training system of A company which is a famous foreigh company, then we try to explore and establish a comprehensive training system suited to A company's development strategy and its foreign background, so that A company's training system can truly meet the development of enterprises and the needs of employees and it can also lay a solid foundation for the enterprise to obtain sustaining core competitiveness of human resources. Meanwhile, this training system can provide guidance not only for foreign enterprises and Pharmaceutical Factory that have similar needs but also for state-owned and private enterprises that have relative backwardness training system. Through case studies of A company's training system, I believed that long-term stability of personnel training is more conducive to company's long-term development, while maintaining the talents'vitality and give added value to the talents are important means to attract talent for foreign enterprises like A company. Domestic enterprises should learn from foreign companies in these areas.First this article mainly introduces the summary of the relevant theory of training and training system. Then we deeply analyzes current situation of employee training and the main problems by taking A company as the example, finally we unifies the training theories to manage the correlation theories to manage traing system's construction to foreign company like A company to propose own idea and the viewpoint.This article is divided into the following several parts:The first part is introductory remarks. This study mainly describes the background, significance of the topic, and research structure and research menthods of this aticle.The second part is about correlation theories research summary. First we introduced the training and the training theories. Then we elaborated the domestic andforeignenterprise's training present situation and trend of the train development.The third part is about the analysis of the current situation of training system in A company. We mainly introduced the basic situation and training of A company, then we deeply analyze the main problems of employee training.The fourth part is about the establishment of training system in A company, including the training surport system, the training procedure system, the training curriculum development system and the training institutional system.The fifth part is the conclusion. Carry on the summary to the article analysis and countermeasure, finally we point out innovation and limitatons of this article.
